    This is a case of criminal breach of trust and position of illegal property that occurred prior
    to 24.08.2019 at AP legislative Secretariat, Velagapudi village, Thulluru Mandal and reported
    in the Police Station on 24.08.2019 at 22.00 hrs by the complainant M Eswara Rao, Section
    officer, AP legislative Secretariat Velagapudi. The former speaker of AP Legislative Assembly
    Sri Kodela Siva Prasada Rao illegally diverted the furniture belonging to Government from the
    APLA Premises to unauthorized places and to a private show room by name M/s Goutham
    Hero Motor show room belonging to his son K Sivaram Krishna who illegally received and
    retained the furniture belongs to the Government in his show room. Hence the FIR.
