    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: I. Organization: CMS Info systems Private Limited --Period: July 19, 2010 till date. CMS is the ISO 9001:2000 Certified Company with experience in providing IT Maintenance Services since 1976. Working as FMS ENGINEER in Technical support group.

    RESPONSIBILITIES ON AS400: Support of IBMAS/400 (I-series) servers. Managing the two Vision Links, Production to Backup and Production to DR Site for Online Data Synchronization Managing the Online Data Synchronization in three AS400 servers (Production, Backup, DR Server) using Vision Applications services (OMS, ODS) Managing the Remote Journaling between the servers. Creating, modifying user accounts & reset passwords respectively Monitoringdaily logs, System status and problems in AS/400 Generating CPU and Disk Utilization Reports from Production server on Daily Basis Monitoring the Jobs&Subsystems. Starting&Ending subsystems. System value changing as per the request Using WRKSYSVAL. Performing daily, weekly, Monthly and Permanent backups and Restoring as per schedule.. Installing the OS/400 (V5R4) Perform Scheduling Jobs. Work with audits. Performing Post IPL activities. Transferring the Data between the Production, Test and DR and retrieving the data from the servers through FTP. Ensureingdailymonitoringhealth checks are complete. Hourly checking & maintaining records for the Health Status of AS/400 I-Series servers. Vendor management (IDRBT, EURONET, VISION SOLUTIONS) Coordination with network department on communications issues Ensure all open tickets are closed in their prescribed time frames.

    MIMIX RESPONSIBILITIES: Trouble shooting and retrieving object error. Trouble shooting and retrieving database error. Start and End data group Checking data group status Work with audits SST &DST Responsibilities: (Need SECOFR ID) Disk drive related Alert checking and h/w calls rising. Tape drive related alert checking and h/w call rising. Software alert checking and software call rising.

    PTF RESPONSIBILITIES: Down loading PTF from FIX Central and uploading to server. Creating, loading and verifying image catalog. Installing cumulative, group and hyper PTF installation.
