Mail at Camp:
Parents/guardians may bring mail to camp on camp "check-in" day.
Label your mail with the name of the camper and day that you want her to receive it (Monday-Thursday), the
camp board will do our best to ensure your daughter gets her mail.
Mail can be sent to Woodland Lakes but it is difficult to ensure that it ends up with your camper. It also
makes another job for very busy camp staff. Please- if at all possible- drop your daughter’s mail in the bins at
check in.

Behavior Expectations:
AHG’s Creed is our model for all campers and Adult Volunteers.
Issues and conflicts will be addressed following the biblical model for conflict resolution. Grace will be
extended when mistakes occur and campers will right the wrong.
The Adult Volunteer overseeing the campers will be involved with assisting those campers with their issue or
conflict; in addition to the shepherd.
As a last resort- repeat issues or severe disturbances may result in campers being asked to leave camp.
All girls coming to camp will complete the Dress Code and AHG Behavior Agreement through the registration site:
Camp is a uniformed activity as follows: informal uniform (AHG, Camp, Troop, or other appropriate T- shirt with shorts, pants,
or skirts) for daily wear. Uniform vest or sash worn when performing flag ceremonies. * Shorts and skirts must be at least at
fingertip end when arms hang at natural sides. * T-shirts must be modest, loose fitting, comfortable shirts with sleeves that do
not show undergarments or bare midriffs and do not contain inappropriate messages. * Bathing suits can be one- or two-piece.
Bathing suits will be modest, and no midriff will be visible. If bathing suit is deemed inappropriate you will be required to wear
a t-shirt over it. Cover ups or clothing must be used when walking between pool and lodging. * Sneakers or sturdy sandals with
heel straps are perfect for daily wear. Open-toed shoes are not a safe choice. Flip flops, sandals, or crocs are to be used only
within the pool area or shower house.
By signing below, I agree that I have read and discussed the Dress Code with my daughter and she agrees to abide by it while at
