    Dear Dr. De Guzman:

    Greetings from PDOHO- Pangasinan!

    The Provincial Department of Health Office- Pangasinan will be conducting an Alignment


    Workshop on the UHC 8-Point Agenda with the Individual Performance Commitment
    Review (IPCR) of Deployed Human Resources Under National Health Workforce
    Support System (NHWSS). The said activity aims to revisit and recalibrate the indicators in
    their IPCR and eventually develop and standardize the core, support, and
    strategic functions per cadre so that the 8-Point Action Agenda will have a push or
    support at the local level.

    Relative to this, may we request from your good office for the updated and/or official
    demographics and health situation of the Province of Pangasinan. This will be the basis on
    what programs will be evaluated in the performance commitment of the deployed NHWSS
    for the Calendar Year (CY) 2024.

    We are momentously hopeful for the grant on this request. Thank you very much for your
    continued support.
