Activity no. 3
Name: Alliana Amores Date of Submission : 10/07/20
Section: 12 HUMSS 7 Gender: FEMALE
Directions: Answer the following questions honestly.
1. When you were 2-5 years old, what were the toys you were usually playing? (state at
least 5)
 Clay
 Doll house
 Music Box
 Story book
 Puzzles

2. What color of clothes do you usually wear when you were young? (Pink, blue, red,
yellow etc.)

As far as I can remember, I actually wear anything colorful but I remember I

really love the color yellow.

3. What was your first dream profession or job? And who influenced you to choose it?
I think when I was young, I always dreamed to help people; the unprivileged
ones. But then as I grew older I notice that how can we help those who are need
when we cannot give them a simple proper justice. That’s why I want to be
lawyer. A good one who has dignity and will not let his virtues and moral
principle vanished in order to fight for justice.

4. Have you ever felt embarrassed, when you were tagged or labeled as part of third sex
even if it is not true?
Honestly no. Right now I don’t really care if they tagged me as a part of third sex
but I can be a little bit offended when some “toxic boys” call me a “tomboy”
when I reject them.

5. List down all your friends in your childhood and state their gender as well. (FEMALE OR
MALE)
 MAUREEN (F)
 EMMAN (M)
 OGIMIN (BI)
 ARIES (GAY)

6. Is it uncomfortable in your puberty stage to befriend with opposite sex? Explain your
answer.
It kind of feels uncomfortable because when I had my first menstrual cycle the
people around me told me that I should stop playing with boys.

7. State at least 5 perfect jobs for women and 5 perfect jobs for men.
I believe that there is no really job who is suitable for men or women. The world
is evolving and what men can do the women can do it too same as men. I think
that society has still has this conception about gender roles but I disagree with it.

8. What do you think is the reason why, Males were perceived as to work for the family
and females were expected to bear a child and do house choirs?
I think it was centuries ago that women are the one who should be left alone.
Before everyone thinks that males are stronger well, physically yes but as I have
said the world is evolving and it is finally acknowledging the women capabilities.

9. Hypothetically, a new born child was found on an empty street in Manila and you heard
the news via Social Media, as a concern citizen, What will be your first reaction, and who
do you think is the guilty or accountable in this scenario?
As a person who is on social media I am not a really impulsive when I heard or
see something like that. I would think if what might really happen and consider
all the people may or may not be involved.

10. In your home, does your mother work as well as your father? If no, what is the reason
Why she chose to stay at home?
Actually mine is different, my mom is the one working. My dad got fired from his
job overseas because their company was bankrupted. But then my dad has saved
his money and he went up to build a renting apartment. My mom told me is not
about who is the father or the mother but the willingness to work for your family
and provide for their needs.
11. Hypothetically, you and your partner finally decided to have a child, which gender do
you prefer more, (female or male) and WHY?
Any gender the baby has will do as long as it is healthy.
