-Recovery should be enough to allow your body to undertake the movement again with good
mechanics. Typically a 1–2-minute rest interval will allow adequate recovery. Still, you can focus on form
while promoting muscular breakdown to induce improvement

-Growing chidren should not lift weights with the goal of lifting as much as they can do. Studies have
