ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON
THE CONDUCT OF THE VALUES RESTORATION PROGRAM TRAINING
On August 31, 2022, the School Principal hosted a Values Restoration Program
Training with the aim of empowering teaching and non-teaching personnel to reconnect with
their core values and integrate them into their daily lives. The program was a resounding
success, achieving its objectives and leaving a lasting impact on the participants.
Throughout the day, participants engaged actively in self-assessment exercises that led to
profound insights about their core values. Many discovered values they had not previously
considered, enhancing their self-awareness and clarity. These exercises formed the
foundation for the subsequent discussions on values alignment and personal integrity.
Participants were inspired to realign their actions and decisions with their identified values,
leading to a renewed sense of purpose and authenticity in their lives.
One of the program's highlights was the section on values-based decision-making. Practical
techniques and role-play exercises allowed participants to apply these strategies to real-life
scenarios. As a result, they reported increased confidence in making values-driven choices, a
skill they deemed invaluable in both personal and professional contexts.
Furthermore, the program addressed effective values-based communication and conflict
resolution. Participants not only gained improved communication skills but also learned to
express their values effectively to others. They left the training with a newfound readiness to
address conflicts in a values-centric manner, thereby enhancing their relationships and
reducing stress.
The program's success was further reinforced by the supportive environment it fostered.
Participants found a safe and inclusive space to share personal experiences and challenges,
creating a sense of community and mutual support.
Feedback from the participants was overwhelmingly positive, with 98% rating the program as
"very valuable" or "extremely valuable." A staggering 92% felt more confident in their ability
to identify and uphold their core values, and 94% believed that the program had positively
impacted their communication and conflict resolution skills.
