    UAcknowledgement

    I ("the Applicant") hereby acknowledge and confirm that I have read and fully understood the following terms
    and conditions and am willingly to be bound by the same:

    1. The Applicant has read and fully understood the contents of the Handbooks of the relevant universities
    or intuitions of higher learning ("the Relevant Institution") in all aspects and agrees to be bound by any
    rules and regulations set or to be set from time to time by the Relevant Institution including but not
    limited to:
    (a) any criteria or qualification for acceptance or admittance of student into any particular university
    / program / course / module;
    (b) any minimum hours of attendance for lecture / tutorial / seminar required and duration for the
    completion of any relevant program / course / module; and
    (c) any guideline, circular, instruction or direction with regards to attendance, conduct or behavior
    while participating in any relevant program / course / module.

    Subject to the above, the duration for the completion of any relevant program / course for bachelor
    degree (BBA, BBM) shall be two (2) years and for master degree (MBA, Executive MBA) shall be
    three (3) years and for doctorate degree (Executive DBA) shall be three (3) years.

    2. It shall be entirely the duty and responsibility of the Applicant to check and verify with any accreditation
    body / authority, be it locally and foreign (including but not limited to Lembaga Akreditasi Negara,
    Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam and Unit Pusat University) or any employer, be it public or private, or any
    professional body so as to satisfy himself / herself as to the suitability and acceptability of the
    qualification to be conferred by the Relevant Institution ("the Relevant Qualification") for any purpose
    whatsoever including but not limited to academic or career advancement or professional practices or
    emigration. The Applicant expressly acknowledges that Net Academy Sdn Bhd ("the Company") or the
    provider or their representative / agent make no representation whatsoever with regard to such matters.

    3. The Applicant shall, within fourteen (14) days upon being informed in writing of being admitted into the
    Relevant Institution or any relevant program / course / module, pay to the Company the program fees as
    agreed by way of installment or one time payment. All payment must be made directly to Net Academy
    Sdn Bhd. Net Academy will not be responsible for any payment to a third party.

    4. The fee, cost and/or charges ("the Fees") for the admission into the Relevant Institution or participation
    in any relevant program / course / module shall be determined by the Company and/or the Relevant
    Institution from time to time. Further, the Company and/or the Relevant Institution may from time to
    time determine, prescribe and/or modify the mode and time of payments for the Fees.

    5. Where, prior to the commencement of any program / course / module in respect of which the Applicant
    has been admitted into, the Applicant is unable for any reason whatsoever to proceed with such
    program / course / module, the Company may in its absolute discretion allow to be refunded so much
    from the payment made in respect thereof PROVIDED THAT the Applicant shall have given written
    notification of such inability at least two (2) weeks before the commencement of such program / course /
    module.

    6. Subject to Clause 5 herein, all payments made to the Company whether paid upfront or by way of
    installment or otherwise are not refundable.

    7. Notwithstanding Clause 5 herein, the processing fee of RM 800 ("the Processing Fee") shall not be
    refundable in any event whatsoever.

    8. The Applicants agrees and undertakes to pay and settle all payments required to be paid herein
    promptly and timely in accordance with the deadline as determined or imposed by the Company and/or
    the Relevant Institution, failing which the Company and/or the Relevant Institution shall, without
    prejudice to any right, relief or remedy available to it under the law, have the right and liberty to suspend
    or terminate the Applicant's enrollment or continuance in the Relevant Institution or the relevant program
    / course / module regardless of his / her stage of progress in the program / course / module.

    9. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any representation or assurance made or given by
    the appointed provider or agent unless such representation or assurance being directly given or
    confirmed by the duly authorized personnel of the Company in writing.

    10. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any thing or matter which is beyond the control of the
    Company and/or the Relevant Institution.

    11. Notwithstanding anything herein, the Company and/or the Relevant Institution shall have absolute
    discretion in accepting or rejecting the Applicant's application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
