 Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering

 Experience in the field of construction.

 Previous experience with façade works is critical - structural steel, curtain walling, sky
light, metal works.

 Well versed with 2-D and 3-D design software including but not limited to AutoCAD.

 Experience in other relevant computer software such as Revit, AUTO-CADD, CREO,

STADD PRO , would be an advantage.

 Well versed with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH

  Experience in all phases of project work including preparation of conceptual, schematic,
design development, and construction documents including supporting materials.

 Strong technical understanding of façade systems and performance specifications,

awareness of basic building physics including ventilation, solar gain control, thermal
insulation, glare control etc.

 Minimum 5 years experience in managing project design in a curtain wall company

 Experience in operable element, such as windows and doors, hardware selection, design and
engineering, assembling and installation method
