    Malabanan Elementary School participated in the DILG's Kalinisan Day program to promote environmental responsibility. Teachers and students cleaned the school premises from 7-11 AM, removing solid waste. The goal was to raise awareness of proper waste management among the school community. The teacher-in-charge said they hope to continue regular cleanups of the school and neighborhood with or without the DILG program.

    DAY PROGRAM
    Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. This activity greatly helps in raising awareness
    2024-001 entitled, “Kalinisan sa Bagong and encouraging the participation of the MES
    Pilipinas Program,” initiated by the community, learners, parents and
    Department of Interior and Local stakeholders, on environmental responsibility
    Government (DILG), Malabanan through proper solid waste management.

    activity last January 6. This is a simultaneous cleaning drive
