    Subject: Need of new computers for project
    On July 1st, 2020, The Modeling Team 389 was given a new project concerning the modeling
    and designing of several new software. My team started its work immediately, but from the
    very beginning we started facing several problems like lags and designs were not
    materializing due to old and obsolete computer processors, video cards and low space of
    primary and secondary memory.
    On facing these problems, we immediately realized that we will not be able to complete our
    project in the time allotted and we may not be even able to complete it at all due to high
    requirements of the designs for video card which is not fulfilled currently.
    I as the team leader of Modeling Team 389 request you to grant us permission to look for
    computers that fulfill our requirements and also to provide us with an adequate budget.

    On July 13, 2020 I contacted our supervisor regarding the issues we were facing with our
    computers and asked for new ones. After receiving his permission, I contacted a computer
    vendor on July 13, 2020.
    The computer vendor replied me on July 15, 2020 and based on our requirements he
    presented me with a following list of computer parts;

    RAM Corsair Vengeance LED × 2 (16GB)

    to be assembled as soon as possible, as we are already 2 weeks behind our schedule.
    I request the technical department to send its best technicians to assemble them, as they are
    very expensive and we do not want to take any risk. Also help us to install all the necessary
    software in the computers. We need the complete assembly of computers by July 21, 2020.
