they are a must-visit places.

BANAUE RICE TERRACES
•Banaue Rice Terraces in
Northern Luzon created by
the Ifugaos more than 2,00
years ago, they look like
stairways to heaven. It is
designated as UNESCO
World Heritage Site in 1995.
MAYON VOLCANO
•Mayon Volcano in Legaspi,
Albay, known for its perfect
cone shape. It is an active
volcano and the area was
renamed as Mayon Volcano
Natural Park in 2000. Last
eruption of the volcano was
3 years ago.
TAAL VOLCANO
•Taal Volcano in Batangas,
which we can also view from
Tagaytay City. It’s the
smallest volcano in the
Philippines. It’s actually a
volcano island in the middle
of Taal Lake. Last eruption
was January, 2020.
PAGSANJAN FALLS
•where people enjoy the boat
ride towards the falls which
is known as “shoot the
rapids”. It’s also declared as
a National Park in 1939.
These waterfalls also provide
electricity in the area.
MOUNT PULAG
•Considered as Sea of Clouds
in Benguet and the highest
peak in Luzon. It’s very
popular among mountain
climbers and photographers
because of the majestic view
when one reaches the peak.
PUERTO PRINCESA SUBTERRANEAN
RIVER NATIONAL PARK
•also known as Puerto
Princesa Underground River.
It was named as one of the
New Seven Wonders of
Nature in 2012.

BORACAY ISLAND
