    1. Explain the concept and purpose of ERP system (intended for what business, specific
    for…etc.).
     BlueSeer is a completely free ERP and EDI package for small to medium size
    businesses. There are no keys, trial periods, or registration...it’s free.
     BlueSeer ERP is designed to handle all business needs, including inventory
    management, human resources management, and financial management. It is a
    comprehensive ERP system that is customizable to fit the needs of the business.

    2. Discuss the modules of ERP and explain the function of each module.

     Multilingual: Multilingual language packs are available as of version 6. BlueSeer


    offers the following language packs: English, French, Spanish, German, and
    Turkish.
     Accounting: The Accounting module provides a double-entry General Ledger
    along with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable standard modules.
     Purchasing: Purchasing and Receiving modules are provided with automatic
    inventory adjustments and visibility flags of pending inventory depletion issues
     Sales: Sales, shipping, and distribution are streamlined for simple operation with
    automatic ledger reporting and inventory usage adjustments upon shipment. A
    variety of charting and reporting is available for sales analysis.
     Payroll: This module is used to manage employee payroll and related taxes.
     EDI / API: BlueSeer has standard API and EDI functionality and includes a fully
    functional EDI mapping tool for ANSI X12, FlatFile, JSON, and XML formats.
     Inventory Control: This module is used to manage inventory levels and track
    inventory movements.
     Order Management: This module is used to manage customer orders and track
    order status.
     Freight Management: BlueSeer provides a Freight Management menu for the
    trucking/carrier industry to manage customer freight orders and driver scheduling
    as well as EDI integration (204,990,210,214).
     Materials Resource Planning (MRP): This module is used to plan and manage
    material requirements.
     Human Resources (HR): This module is used to manage employee information.
