Tenants have expressed that they feel the sofa/covers should be properly cleaned as they believe they were dirty prior to
commencement of their tenancy.

Tenants expressed that the kitchen and bathroom were not cleaned properly prior to tenancy commencement and were dusty.

Tenants expressed that after moving the bed they found it was dirty and was not cleaned.

Tenants showed me upon visiting the crack to the shower basin and also the shower handle fixture is not properly attached and loose
which needs to be repaired before it becomes a more serious issue. Also, that the shower has been dripping but has stopped the last
two days.

Tenants informed me that they noticed the dining table leg was wobbly, Tenants say they have now fixed this.
