Si Lovely Jane Secretario Millare ay ipinanganak

noong Ika-3 ng Oktubre, 1982 sa Villasis, Santiago City.
Nakapagtapos ng Bachelor in Kindergarten Education
sa Harris Memorial College, Taytay Rizal noong 2008.
Ipinagmamalaki niyang siya ay asawa ng isang bumbero
at nanay sa tatlong mababait na bata na sina Elisha Naomi
Biel, Noah Elijah Hymns at Saile Xeana Zeleen. Sila ang
kanyang nagsilbing inspirasyon upang mabuo ang aklat
na ito. Siya ay kasalukuyang nagtuturo sa Mababang
Paaralan ng Cabulay Elementary School, Schools Division
of Santiago City, Region 02. Ang aklat na ito ay nagwagi
bilang 5th Runner up sa 1st National Story Book Writing
