technology solutions enabling smart water management in urban, rural and industrial areas.

features like automated distribution, fair-usage-based billing, water quality analysis, and

in the water ecosystem today.

Job Brief

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial processes, ensuring compliance
with accounting and tax regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support
business objectives. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate
financial records, preparing financial statements, and collaborating with various departments
to optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure optimal financial health.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations; implement necessary
adjustments to maintain compliance.
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
.Coordinate and manage external audits, liaising with auditors and providing
necessary documentation.
Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets
and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide
support for decision-making.
Train and mentor finance and accounting staff to ensure a high level of
competence within the team

Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.


Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and taxation.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
