ADVISORY ON CROSS BORDER FEES
Transactions from foreign based merchants or foreign acquirer, operating in the Philippines, abroad or online,
regardless if charged in local (PHP) or foreign currency (USD or non-USD), shall be charged with a Cross Border
Fee by the Card Brand.
Sample purchases include but are not limited to subscriptions from international streaming platforms and/or
other online services (Netflix, Apple Store, Spotify, Amazon, etc.)

For check payments*, please make the check payable to “BDO Unibank, Inc.”. Indicate the Account Name,
