main bearing bores and cam bearing bores in
engine blocks and cylinder heads. Can also be

used for head line boring. Engine block and
cylinder heads of Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel,
Cummins, Komatsu, MTU, various marine
engines.
Cylinder honing machines Model H 260A or

some other universal type machine, with honing
capacity up to diameters of 300 mm. H 260A is
equipped to hone cylinder blocks as well as

individual cylinder liners. As a secondary
function, H 260A is ideal for honing industrial
applications such as hydraulic cylinders,
compressor housings etc.

some other universal type machine, for surface
grinding of blocks, cylinder heads, manifolds, of

above mentioned engines. As a secondary
function, SG 1400V can be used for surface
grinding of a number of industrial components.
Valve seat machine Model CH 150 or some

other universal type machine, for re-machining

valve seats, and replacing valve guides in
cylinder heads.
Crankshaft straightening press Model CP 2700

or some other universal type machine is used for

straightening of bent crankshaft and camshaft
prior to grinding.
Connecting rod & cap grinder Model CRG 100 or

some other universal type machine, for re-

grinding of connecting rod and caps prior to re-
boring and regrinding of big and small end.

Tool Grinder Model TG-1 or some other

universal type machine, for grinding and
diamond lapping. Ensures that correct angles are
33 ground on carbide tipped boring tools. Can also
be used to grind boring tools for line boring
machines and con-rod boring and grinding
machines.
Transport. 01 x Toyota double cabin, 01 x Toyota

HIACE van and 01 x Toyota or ISUZU Mini Truck

for transportation of officers, personnel and
spares at various places.
Hand tools, workbenches, measuring tools,

storage cabinets. The quantities of hand tools,
workbenches, etc. included should be sufficient
for 8-12 workers. For instance, 8 workbenches, 8

tools, 8 storage cabinets, MTU QL-4 tools &
documents, torque multipliers etc. can been
included.
6-Axis Movement Assembly Jig. 02 x engines

stands are required for conducting MOH of MTU
