    Dome Splice Enclosure

    General Description

    Fiber Optic splice enclosures are meant for housing and protecting the splices of fiber optic cables.
    These enclosures are normally with IP68 rating thus suitable for outdoor or harsh environment
    application. This product adopts a fully-mechanical sealing structure thus it do not need the use of any
    other sealing materials except the silicone rubber sealing gasket provided to ensure the good sealing
    performance for fiber cable with diameter 13mm or less. The enclosure comes with different cable
    entrances sizes; the big cable entry is used for the sealing of uncut direct transmission fiber cable, while
    the small cable entry is used for soft cables or general branching cables. The installation can be in
    underground, aerial, wall-mounting, pedestal or direct buried, man-hole mounting and duct-mounting
    applications. It is able to support up to 144 single fibers which can cover most of the applications in the
    long-distance transmission and local fiber distribution networks, like Fiber to the Home / Fiber to the
    Curb (FTTH/FTTC).

    Features

    • Sealing device of the enclosure adopts self-impacted hoop which can be sealed perfectly when
    the hoop is fastened
    • Support different sizes of cables for both single core and ribbon fiber types
    • Pole-mounting, aerial and direct buried applications
    • Adequate space for storage of fibers
    • Made of high grade material (RoHS compliant) thus have long lifespan
    • Support up to 5 cables entry and 144 splices
