implementation of the Barangay Online Complainant System. The system enables residents to securely submit complaints online, utilizing XChaCha20
encryption for data protection. Complaints are encrypted upon submission, ensuring confidentiality, and are accessible only to authorized Barangay officials. The
system allows officials to track and manage complaints, assign case handlers, and communicate with complainants, promoting transparency and timely
resolution. By employing XChaCha20 encryption, the application ensures privacy while providing a secure and efficient platform for residents to voice their
concerns and facilitate effective complaint management.
