    FONT LICENSE AGREEMENT - PERSONAL USE (LAIRA)

    This Font License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Sesohq (Gregory Ortiz),
    ("Licensor") and the individual licensing the Font Software “Laira” for personal use (“Licensee”).
    Effective Date: Upon Purchase

    1. GRANT OF LICENSE
    Licensor grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, terminable, worldwide license for
    personal use of the Font Software “Laira”. This license is specific to personal usage and does
    not include the same rights as licenses granted for commercial purposes.

    2. PERMITTED USES
    Licensee may:
    a) Install the Font Software “Laira” on one (1) computer or workstation owned or operated by the
    Licensee.
    b) Use the Font Software for personal projects, including but not limited to personal designs,
    invitations, personal branding, personal artwork, and personal communication.
    c) Create static (flattened) images for personal use, such as personal websites or personal
    social media posts.
    d) Use the Font Software for personal documents, personal presentations, and personal
    correspondence.

    3. RESTRICTIONS
    Licensee shall not:
    a) Resell or distribute the Font Software as is or any derivative thereof.
    b) Use the Font Software for commercial purposes, including but not limited to commercial
    designs, commercial branding, commercial artwork, and commercial communication.
    c) Share, lend, rent, or distribute the Font Software with any third parties.
    d) Offer the Font Software as a giveaway or promotion.
    e) Claim the Font Software, as is or any derivative thereof, as your own work.
    f) Create any derivative works or alterations of any kind from the original Font Software without
    express written consent.
    g) Embed the Font Software in electronic documents, electronic devices, computer software, or
    mobile application software.
    h) Use the Font Software in a manner that enables a third party to type with the Font Software
    and create their own end products or derivative products (e.g., templates).
    i) Use the Font Software for broadcasting or in motion graphics.
    j) Transfer rights to the Font Software without express written consent.

    4. TERM AND TERMINATION


    This license is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement in case of
    breach by Licensee. Licensee must then cease use and delete all copies of Font Software.

    5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    The Font Software “Laira” is the property of Sesohq (Gregory Ortiz) and is protected by local
    and international copyright, intellectual property, and design laws.

    6. JURISDICTION
    This agreement is governed by the laws of California. Any dispute arising from or in connection
    with this agreement shall be resolved by an independent arbitrator in California.

    7. AMENDMENTS
    Sesohq (Gregory Ortiz) reserves the right to make amendments to this Agreement at any time
    and without notice. It is the Licensee's responsibility to ensure that they check the EULA
    periodically to ensure that their usage of the Font Software is still compliant with this EULA. This
    agreement may only be modified by an authorized appointee on behalf of Sesohq (Gregory
    Ortiz).

    9. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
    Licensee acknowledges having read this Agreement, understanding it, and agrees to be bound
    by its terms and conditions. By using the Font Software “Laira” for personal use, the Licensee
    acknowledges acceptance of these terms. If the Licensee does not accept these terms, they are
    to promptly discontinue use of the Font Software for personal purposes.
