Content for 2022 right now!
We are thrilled to present our fourth social impact report, which corresponds to the year 2022,
together with our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) report. Our Impact approach, which is in
line with the company's mission, is centred around three key pillars: people, community, and
DEI government. The Social Impact report from Rock Content provides insightful information
about the global diversity, inclusion, equity, and social impact initiatives of our organization. It
includes information and highlights of our current achievements in each of our main impact
areas. We continue to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations
in 2022, namely: Quality education (Goal 4) Gender Equality (Goal 5) Decent work and
economic growth (Goal 8) Reduction of inequalities (Goal 10) All of these results have been
possible thanks to collective efforts and are dedicated to our Rockers, partners, clients,
investors and the community that contributes in some way to our mission. Even in scenarios
with changes and challenges, support and shared purpose strengthen us to continue making a
difference.

We were forced to cut back on employment in 2022 due to the difficult market conditions. In
spite of these Special Data obstacles, it is still our duty to uphold representation and to lead our
team's efforts for inclusion, empowerment, and education. Our efforts were directed toward
improving leadership education, encouraging internal learning opportunities and required DEI
trainings, and reiterating the practical implications of the code of conduct. 57% of our staff is
made up of women, which is 4% more than in 2021. The inclusive mindset and inclusive
leadership trainings were completed by 85% of the leadership team. DEI events took up 42
hours, which is 100% more than in 2021 when just 21 hours were spent.
Furthermore, we strive to empower the community by utilizing the influence of charitable
institutions. In order to do so, we created a Digital Marketing Acceleration Program specifically
for NGOs that support disadvantaged groups in Brazil through employment and education. As a
result of the initiative's direct influence on 13 nonprofit groups, 72,842 students and young
people nationwide have received help. Look at how it has affected our community: Our online
courses on marketing and sales were free for over 18,000 students from economically
disadvantaged and/or socially marginalized groups. Additionally, 61% of our team members
volunteered, contributing a total of 596 hours of service. We provide financial donations of
US$27,461 to 22 non-profit organizations (Brazil Incentive Law).

All of these outcomes, which are devoted to our Rockers, partners, clients, investors, and the
community that helps us achieve our goal, are the product of teamwork. Support and a
common goal enable us to carry on changing the world even in the face of adversity and
change. We are dedicated to bolstering our ESG initiatives and consistently providing solutions
to enhance marketing for all as we move into 2023 and beyond. Through superior marketing,
establishing connections between companies and the most creative talent, and creating high-
quality goods that assist local professionals in overcoming everyday obstacles, we hope to
inspire people all around the world. Similarly, we hope to accomplish this effect by creating a
multitude of employment options, assisting and training upcoming talent, and disseminating
free digital knowledge throughour blog, newsletter and other publications, while offering a
