Product Benefit Table Updates
The following is a summary of the updates made to the product benefit table document since its last
published update.
1. System Center and Windows Server product benefit listings have been updated to include the respective
2022 versions.
2. The product benefit table has been updated to reflect the prior retirement of the Cloud Customer
Relationship Management competency in October 2020 (refer to this link for more details).
3. The product benefit Microsoft financial and supply chain management solution of choice is no longer
offered as the associated ERP products are no longer supported.
4. The product benefit Business Voice is no longer offered as the product has been retired since the end of June
2022 (refer to this link for more details)
