In case package boxs dimension change greatly and Containers cannot hold the roll like above
description, we reserve the right to adjust transportation cost accordingly
Price :The above price is quoted USD FOB Shanghai port, VAT EXCLUDED, in USD
Payment : by TT
- 30% down payment
- 50% before delivery
- 15% after installation & commissioning 30 days.
- 5% warranty for 12 months from start up.
Delivery time : 12-14 working weeks EXW the Seller’s plant, valid from contract signed, roll incoming, received of
down payment and technical clarification.
General: Cover thickness will be maintained in case of actual core diameter being under size. For increase cover
thickness a price revision will be necessary. Any additional work upon incoming inspection will be charge (if
required) separately.
Dummy heads and bearings:

Please provide suitable dummy heads with min journal length of 500mm for Crown Controlled Roll and Suction Roll.
Please provide set of Bearings, Housings and Hydraulic nut if roll exceed 20tons.
Dynamic Balancing: Except for suction rolls and CC rolls, all recovering rolls sent to our site for recovering will
be checked for balance upon receiving free of charge. In case of unbalance, we will final balance it upon your
approval and charge as per actual cost occurred.
Transport: In case of order you are kindly requested to send the roll freight and insurance paid to Shanghai Port.
When shipping the roll, please make sure that roll is sent in hanging position in a strong wooden / steel box, which
is also suitable for return transport with the new cover.
Wooden Packing Material IPPC mark: All wooden packing material (WPM) associated with imported
consignments to China should be treated and labeled with IPPC mark certified by plant quarantine authorities of
exporting countries and regions with measures approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision,
Inspection and Quarantine of P.R. China (AQSIQ) according to the International Standard for Phytosanitary
Measures No. 15 (ISPM No. 15). Any non-compliance WPM will be treated,destroyed or returned with the
consignments together under supervision of China Inspection and Quarantine (CIQ).
Validity : 30 days from date of quotation.

Warranty Period :
12 months from start up or 18 months from delivery, whichever comes first, on pro rata temporized basis.
The guarrantee for dryness increase, 1.5% dryness up for after 1st nip, and/or 1% dryness up for after press
section. The method of checking is to take the sample to lab.
Remarks :
In case of fluctuation of the raw material and other cost prices, our prices are subject to change.
Regarding of damage claims and warranty, seller liability shall be restricted to the invoice value.
