Recognition is not only a kind of understanding, but also a kind of

motivation. Appreciation education admits and respects differences. On the basis
that, it finds the best in students and helps them gain self-worth. It makes students
positive and gain success.
It is valuable for students to share the joy and pride to see teachers they know
get recognized. The significance for both the faculty and school adds credibility to
the teaching staff throughout their communities.
Research has proven that employees who get recognized tend to have higher
self-esteem, more confidence, more willingness to take on new challenges and more
eagerness to be innovative.
Stakeholder recognition and reward are essential aspects of stakeholder
management, the process of identifying, engaging, and influencing the people who
can affect or be affected by your project or business. It is one way of appreciating
and acknowledging the contributions, achievements, and feedback of your
stakeholders. It can gage positive impacts on your project and your stakeholder’s
relationships. These include increased satisfaction, loyalty and commitment, as well
as improved performance, productivity, and quality. Finally, rewards can help to
improve your reputation, credibility, and influence which can help you attract and
retain more stakeholders, resources and support.
Indeed, the success of the curriculum lies within those individuals working
together on its progress and innovation. Through the collaborative efforts of
learners, teachers administration and stakeholders, curriculum happens to be
effective and efficient.
