environment for all our employees. That includes Providing a clean and well-maintained kitchen. We
have regular inspections by the health department and make sure that all our equipment is up to date.
We also Promoting a positive and supportive work environment. We believe that our employees
should feel comfortable and supported at work. We promote a positive and supportive work
environment by encouraging open communication and teamwork. Nonoy Bistro also Provide
employees with personal protective equipment (PPE). Such as gloves, aprons, and hairnets.

Answers: No as long as they are not minor and have dedication to their work and serve the customer
with full satisfaction, we accept them.
Observation:
We observed that the place is very clean and safe. You can smell the fresh air from the outside since it
is near from the mountains. The staff are very attentive, approachable and Polite when they are
interacting with the customers. They are using a very friendly tone and they have a very good
etiquette. And we also notice that all of the staff are really close to each other like they are really great
friends inside their workplace.

Respect- In a way that they are really greeting their guest when they enter and they always
speak in a soft tone.
Honesty - Because when we were there a guest left its phone on the table and the staff really
did her best to run after the guest just to give the phone back.
Compassionate – Since staff are very kind and caring to everyone they encounter.
Strong work ethics – As we saw the staff are really focusing on their job and doing their best
to accomplish it.
Teamwork – The staff are really helping each other to finish the job faster which is very good
for the guest experience.
