New Features List from Front to Back
5
Best in Class Value & Lowest
Cost per Ton
1. Lower cost
• 10% lower fuel
consumption
2. Higher productivity
• 20% More engine power
• Harvest Command
Automation Features
Cutting Quality:
o As ground speed increases, the relative cutting speed of
the blade is reduced, to compensate for this the base
cutter disc speed automatically increases.
BENEFITS:
Increased durability
8
3. New side trim knife arms
BENEFITS:
Increased durability
9
4. New front suspension cylinder
BENEFITS:
Better serviceability
Better stability
10
5. Modular chassis and hydraulic tanks with bolted connections
BENEFITS:
Better serviceability
More flexibility
The 9000 series chassis is composed of seven modular sections that are bolted together to create the main frame. The removable fuel tank
is plastic and is no longer part of the chassis. The hydraulic tanks are now non-structural and can be removed for service. Off season inspection
and service of the topper mount and primary extractor mount can now be performed at ground level.

6. New Auto Tracker System
BENEFITS:
Increased reliability
Faster response
12
7. New front windshield guard
BENEFITS:
Serviceability
Safety
13
8. New right hand console
BENEFITS:
Easier operation
Improved Ergonomics
14
9. Ready Mode
BENEFITS:
Lower fuel consumption
Higher durability
Easier operation
Reduced operator fatigue
After the harvester has been stationary for 20 seconds, the engine RPM and all harvesting functions
slow down to “Ready Mode”. When the operator moves the ground drive control, the engine RPM and all
harvest functions automatically return to “Harvest Mode”. This feature significantly reduces fuel
consumption, component wear, and does not require any additional effort from the operator.
15
10. New Exit Lights System
BENEFITS:
Serviceability
Safety
When the lights are turned on and the key is switched off,
this lights will stay on for an additional 90 seconds, allowing the
operator to leave the cab and step down the machine with better
visibility.
16
11. New Battery box
BENEFITS:
Serviceability
17
12. New service lights and switch position
BENEFITS:
Serviceability
18
13. New Engine – FPT Cursor11- 310kw (415hp)
BENEFITS:
The 9000 Series features the FPT Cursor 11 engine rated @ 310 kW
(415 hp), replacing the Cursor 9 rated @ 260 kW (353 hp) used in the
8000 series.
The larger displacement Cursor 11 engine operates with both the Rated
RPM and Smart Cruise RPM significantly lower than the Cursor 9 in
the 8000 series. The benefits of lower engine rpm are reduced
internal wear and reduced fuel consumption.
Preliminary results indicate 50% increase in operating hours before
major overhaul.

14. Improved hydraulic system
The completely redesigned hydraulic system utilizes variable displacement piston pumps for more efficient
usage of power in all high load circuits, and gear pumps on low demand circuits for cylinders, elevator and charge
circuits.
By minimizing parasitic losses the new hydraulic system improves fuel consumption. Variable displacement
pumps allow harvest function speed to be independent of engine speed, increasing harvesting efficiency. The new
pump gearbox with optimized gear ratio allows the Cursor 11 engine and the hydraulic pumps to operate at peak
performance.

15. Hydraulic oil
BENEFITS:
The hydraulic oil has also changed from W100 to W68 that costs around 30% less. The total volume of oil inside the
machine also reduced, from 600 liters to 500 liters (16% less). W68 oil also improves cold weather performance.
21
16. New cooling system
BENEFITS:
Better serviceability
Better reliability
22
17. New air intake system
BENEFITS:
More durability
Lower TCO
23
18. DEF (Diesel exhaust circuit)
BENEFITS:
Emissions requirement
EGR system not required
Components to supply DEF into the engine exhaust system. Includes DEF
tank, injection controller, filters, level sensor, plumbing and injector.
24
19. Machine Weight & Dimensions
25
20. Elevator options
NOTE: The 8000 Series included a 300 mm extension between the Elevator Head Shaft and the Secondary
Extractor, at Full OKTS in 2021 a new elevator design will be introduced that eliminates the requirement for this extra
extension.
