2. Before taking your equipment for inspection and maintenance, we strongly suggest you to log out your
personal account, back up important personal data, delete personal sensitive data to prevent the data lost
days. If the device is not collected within 60 days, realme and Service Centres will not be responsible for its
damage or loss, and we have the right to handle the equipment and take necessary action for disposal process

in accordance with the applicable laws.
4. This receipt is the credential for you to get your equipment, please safe keep it. If you lose the credential / 7 8 9
Jobsheet, you need to offer your ID Card and its copy for us to check your identity. If your equipment is falsely
claimed because of the loss of credential / Jobsheet, realme and service center will not be responsible.
5. The customer hereby affirms and agrees that realme may contact the customer on his/her mobile number
by SMS/call to enquire/update about the status of the repair services and/or to take permission for revised cost
estimate (if any) regardless of 'Do Not Call' status of customer’s mobile number.
6. Part(s) or component(s) being replaced under Out Warranty is charged to customers on subsidized price
by "Service center"/"realme", hence defective parts will not be returned to customer.
7. Service warranty is subject to the 'realme Warranty Policy' displayed in the realme’ s official website. For
