DYNASTEAM CHECK

1. Make sure the slots on the top steam box are clean CLEAN OK 
2. Check belt wear/make sure belt is clean INST. NEW BELT ☒
3. Check fixed rolling knife edge/rolls for signs of wear SEE REPORT 

Life time more or less 4-6 months

RUBBER ROLL HARDNESS CHECK
POINT B

SUGGESTION: To resume the initial hardness values, the surface

should be scraped with sandpaper.
This would extend the grip of the roller by a few months

POINT D

At The Check time we did not have

The possibility to check the measurement
at the minimum height position,i suggest
to check, and follow the istruction below
In the maintenance schedule.
CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING THE CONTROL OF THE STEAM BOX SECTORS

The chemical components that are used to treat the steam generator water are
starting to attack the internal parts and pipes.
The lower box still had residues of condensation water, from when it cooled
down, after switching off. I suggest keeping the steam in the heating circuit open
for at least an hour before closing it so as to better dry the condensation that
forms in the last sections of the pipe.

From our experience, the average life of Steam boxes is around 5-6 years. It is
advisable to keep the box monitored, close and open the lateral sectors

checking if the width of the blowing steam is reduced or not

IMPORTANT UPGRADE SUGGESTED

I suggest to implement the automatic tare function of the load cells.

it involves a very small electrical change, in the local panel , and the software
modification. With this modification it is certain that when the Dynasteam comes into
Contact with the mattress it displays the real weight of the machine in contact
and there are no accumulations of kg. both to the right and to the left, which would
give an alarm and cause the Dynasteam to rise to the maximum position at the top.
Operators will no longer have to open the local panel in order to be able to
tare the DT800 amplifiers. This modification need more ore less 4 hours time
that we can’t use the Dynasteam in production
IMPORTANT UPGRADE SUGGESTED

I highly recommend installing

two pneumatic valves, easily to be
menaged, by connecting them
with a 6mm air hose, in the existing
panel, in the available solenoid
valves, and controlled by the HMI
through Software modification.
Time needed more ore less 4hours
Without Dynasteam Production.
these valves open,
when the steam is turned off,
to reduce the condensation
and pressure in the Steam Box
TOP AND BOTTOM
I highly recommend in the bottom
steam box, because as you can see
from the photos above, a lot of
condensation forms inside when
the steam closes
CHECK SUGGESTED: INCLINATION SENSOR

I noticed, when installing the Dynasteam update, that the device, the inclination sensor,
has some problems, and that the operators put the Dynasteam into production by
activating the angle tracking, in manual mode, it is a little bit dangerous,
some productions could be damaged on the surface.
I recommend the purchase of an inclination sensor, in stock it is always useful to have
a spare inclination sensor (now Masisa has two of Dynasteam) and to make an
accurate software control, which was not possible to do remotely.
CONDENSATE WATER IN COMPRESSED AIR CIRCUITS

There is condensation water in the

compressed air circuit that feeds the
Proportional Valves in the DYNASTEAM
steam panel, it is recommended to
drain the water, which creates
malfunction of the Pneumatic Valve
Actuator

CHECK TRAVELING NUT WEAR FOR THE LIFTING JACKS ONCE EWERY 4 MONTH

The maximum admissible wear is 2.25 mm and

consequently distance (A) must be 15.75 mm
at the most. If the wear goes beyond this,
the bronze helical crown with the internal
travelling nut will need to be changed .
