A night to remember!

A night to enjoy the music!

For the first part of the program, the recitalist will perform K.141 by Domineco Scarlatti and
Sonata in Bb Major K.333 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

Italian composer Domenico Scarlatti created a solo keyboard sonata for harpsichord called the
Keyboard Sonata in D Minor, K 141. The sonata is known for its virtuosity and is also referred to
as a toccata because of the quick, repeated notes that run throughout the composition.

Sonata in Bb Major K.333 is a Three movement sonata I.Allegro II.Andante Cantabile

III.Alegretto.And some Classical Pianist Describe this as warm ,lovely and gallant piece.

Tonight signifies years of hard work in the relentless pursuit of excellence in music. Let’s brace
ourselves as we witness the living testimony of someone who took a season of transition and
change, took risks, and enjoyed a life of harmony, vivacity, and thirst for knowledge, living
every day to the fullest.

The product of his hard work, persuasion, patience, persistence, and determination lies within his
blazing heart. The University of the Immaculate Conception College of Music presents the
Graduation Recital of Hever N. Torres, pianist!

For the 2nd part of the program, the recitalist will perform Etude Op.25 No.9 Butterfly Etude by
Frederic Chopin, Grand Concert de Galop Dance of the Demon by Eduard Holst, and Impromptu
Op.90 No.2 by Franz Schubert

Butterfly Etude In fact, is Chopin's shortest etude. Allegro assai, which translates to "very fast"
when played at the stated speed .

Impromptu Op.90 No.2 is a piece, which is in the key of Eb major, starts out with a lively triplet
melody that is scale-based and frequently chromatic and is in compound ternary form.

Eduard Holst, a well-known composer from Leipzig, Germany, first published Dance of the
Demon in 1888. This piece has a highly exciting beginning and large chordal leaps.

For the 3rd part of the program, the recitalist will play Sa Bukid by Felipe De Leon

"Sa Bukid," which De Leon composed in 1978, is one of his incredible compositions. It is a form
of theme and variation in which the theme is introduced at the beginning of the song and then
develops throughout the piece with modifications and variety.
