    mr = magic ring R2: 2sc in each stitch (12)

    sc = single crochet R3: 1sc, 1 inc (18)

    inc = increase (2 stitches in next stitch) R4: 2sc, 1 inc (24)

    dec = decrease (join the next 2 stitches R5: 3sc, 1 inc (30)
    into 1)
    R6: 1sc in each stitch (30)
    [ ] = number of stitches to have at the end
    of the round
    Rear flippers (make 2)
    ( ) x 6 = repeat whatever is in brackets the
