    GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

    1. Attain a symbiotic relationship between students and clinical instructors in which


    learning is facilitated toward competency in providing high-quality instruction.

    2. Use a variety of leadership approaches to help the clinical instructor be a more effective
    leader and to help the students be more efficient during the return demonstration.

    3. Maintain professionalism no matter what situation the clinical instructor is in.

    SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

    1. Refresh and improve nursing fundamentals for nursing students by administering a pre-
    and post-test.
    2. Students should be taught based on experiences acquired.
    3. To let students demonstrate procedures before return demonstration day.
    4. Motivate students by recognizing their efforts and achievements.
    5. Ensure that all questions and concerns are addressed.
