EMPLOYMENT OFFER LETTER

This document of Employment is executed and entered into force by and between EVO
DIGITAL BUSINESS S.R.L, existing under the Commercial Law of Romania, Unique
Registration Code: 43526441, Trade Register Number: J40/4790/2023, Headquarter in
Bucharest, 6th District, Azurului Street, Street No. 5, Block 118A, Ground Floor, 6th
Apartment Romania,

number N9110521 Date of Birth 04/02/1996 (Hereinafter called as the Employee) the Second

Monthly Salary Net : 500 Euro

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Normal working hours - 08 hours per day/ 6 days per week;

2. Period of contract - 2 years and extendable on mutual agreement;

3. Overtime allowance - As per Romanian labor law;

4. Allowances - Based on performance;

5. Increment - Based on performance;

6. Accommodation - Provided by the employer (Maximum 4 people in one room);

7. Food ticket, Water, Electricity, Gas - Provided by the employer;

8. Medical facilities - Provided by the employer;

9. Payment of insurance premium - Provided by the employer;

10.Annual Medical Examination - Provided by the employer

11.Return ticket (after termination of contract) - Provided by the employer;

12.Airport pick up service - Provided by the employer;

13.Payment of Salary Tax and Levy - Paid by the employer;

14.Probation Period - 90 days from date of entry into Romania;

15.Annual leave and holidays - As per Romanian labor law;

16.Local transportation (only if require) - Provided by the employer;

17.Safety clothes and equipment of protection - Provided by the employer;

18.Work termination by employer - One-month advance notice;

19.Work termination by employee - One-month advance notice;

20.Place of work - The geographic territory of Romania;

21.If any death of worker's family member - Emergency leave provided by Employer;

22.In the end of the contract period - Employee benefits certification of skills;

23.Equality of treatment with local workers - Provided by Employer;

24.Other conditions - According to the labor law of Romania.
