Discipline Policy:
The student must:
- know the data of physical research methods (interrogation, examination, palpation, percussion,
auscultation ) of diseases of internal organs in normal and pathological conditions ;
- know the main symptoms and syndromes of the most common diseases of the internal rye;
- know the basic research methods ( laboratory and instrumental ) and be able to
interpret their results ;
- be able to most fully justify the preliminary and clinical diagnosis of diseases of internal organs on the
basis of anamnestic, objective and laboratory-instrumental data;
- principles of treatment of diseases of internal organs;
take care of the teaching and educational literature of the department, the library fund of the Uni-
versity, the property of the department / clinical / production base: teaching aids, furniture, equip-
ment , instruments, tools , etc.
comply with the subordination and basic principles of medical ethics and deontology in relation to
all participants in the educational process (faculty, teaching support staff of departments, medical
personnel of clinical bases, patients and students).
Penalties
In a single violation of discipline policy, the student receives a verbal warning from the teacher.
In case of repeated violations of discipline policy, the student provides an explanatory note ad-
dressed to the head of the department.
With a systematic violation of discipline policy, the head of the department submits the corre-
sponding report to the dean's office.
For each missed practical lesson , 1 point is deducted from the rating of the midterm control in the
corresponding section.
After 3 missed classes will be write a report to the dean's office and missed classes practiced with
the permission.
For each outstanding task / absence in the lesson, the student receives "0" points.
For being late for a practical lesson (from 10 to 30 minutes), 1 to 5 points are deducted from the
rating of the current control in the corresponding section.
If you are late for a practical lesson for 1 academic hour without a good reason, the student is not
allowed to attend the lesson and receives “0” points.
The purpose of the discipline : to form ideas about the etiopathogenesis, clinic, to teach the diagnosis
of diseases of internal organs , the principles of treatment and prevention of diseases according to the
clinical protocols of diagnosis and treatment of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and
from the perspective of evidence-based medicine .
Brief description of the discipline : The discipline "Fundamentals of Internal Medicine" is a
fundamental discipline of medicine and occupies one of the main values in the 4th year of General
Medicine. The study of internal diseases is important to preparing a bachelor of medicine that
meets qualification requirements, which gives reason to be competent in the diagnosis , treatment
and prevention of the most common diseases of internal organs and improving the health of
the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan . The student receives knowledge on the most common
diseases of the blood, respiratory system, endocrine system, cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal tract,
nutrition, urinary system, joint system.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of this course you will :
1. Effectively, professionally and qualifiedly oversee the patient in accordance with his needs;
- be able to collect an anamnesis, conduct a physical examination, make a diagnosis and plan an
examination of patients with underlying pathology of the internal organs;
- Recognize and evaluate acute medical situations (ACS, hypertensive crisis, acute respiratory failure,
acute renal failure, hypoglycemic coma, etc.) and provide first aid medical attention;
-to be able to interpret the results of basic laboratory and instrumental studies
- prescribe adequate treatment for pathology of internal organs;
-to be able to carry out differentiated diet therapy, using methods of clinical nutrition of various internal
diseases;
- apply the skills of making dietary diets for various pathologies;

EVALUATION POLICY
Your final assessment by discipline (FA) will consist of two parts of the current (AR - admission rating,
60%) and final control assessment (FCA, 40%).
The rating of the admission rating (AR) is set based on the total value of the grades of current control
obtained in seven practical classes (40%), and mid-range control obtained in the end of 5 class (60%).
You are admitted to the final exam if you have scored a total of at least 50% of the AR.
The final grade (FA) is set based on the total value of the AR(60%) and the Final Control Assess-
ment,(FCA 40%) - exam.
If you do not agree with the exam result, you have the right to appeal the review of the assessment.
The procedure takes place in accordance with the adopted Regulation on the appeal.

иглы путем легкого покалывания нижних конечностей
в различных точках голени и стопы
8 Попросил пациента закрыть глаза, определил
тактильную чувствительность на ногах с помощью
monofilament. При этом спрашивал у пациента,
чувствует ли он прикосновение в исследованных
точках.
9 Назвал возможные отклоненения нарушений
чувствительности при сахарном диабете
1) Отсутствие или ослабление пульсации в
нижних конечностях
2) Снижение болевой, тактильной видов
чувствительности (гипо, гиперестезия)
3) Температурная чувствительность при СД
нарушается, не различает соприкосновение
теплой или прохладной поверхности аппарата
