) Develop the participants' KSA on science innovations and orient them in
the use of [ab-in-a Box as an elfe]ctive leaming resource in teaching
science;
> Demonstrate hands-on activities using exhibit-based lessons to guide
science teachers in thet teaching-leaming processes such as; Air Cannon,
How m4ny drops can you make?, Conductors and Insulators, Anti-Gravity
Mirror, Archimedes' Screw, Newton's Cradle, Van de Gralf Generator,
Kitchen Chemistry, and Science Demonstration Teaching; and
) Appreciate t€aching innovations and strategies using inprovised science
materials.

3. The participants of this division teachers' training are the PSDSS and PICs, and
the ten (10) science teachers per district teaching Grades 3 to 12 science classes. List of
participants per district must be submitted in advance by the district in-charge to the
division focal person in prepa.ration for the certilicates and tnining materials such as
teacher's guides, USB, etc. to be distributed during the activrty. All participants are
expected to be at the venue before 8AM and shall follow health pmtocols set by the IATF.

4, A registration fee of Php 50O.OO shall be charged to each partbipant to cover


lunch and AM,PM Snacks and other operational expenses. There will be pre-registration
by district on September 5-9, 2022 at the Division Casher's Office. Registration fee,
transportation and ottrer incidental expenses to be incurred by the participants during
tie conduct of this activity shall be charged to school MOOE/local funds subject to the
usual auditing and accounting rules a.nd procedures.
