Dietary management for PCOS

8-9 am Veg salad(pumpkin+ash

sprouts/urad dal sprouts

11-11.30 am Butter milk/(2 piece of papaya

12.30 pm 1 cup of kuthiraivali rice+1 cup of


pulse/dal

3-4 pm 1 cup of Drumstick leave


soup/cinnamon tea

5-6 pm Soaked nuts(4-5) /sesame laddu

7 pm Urad dal porridge/2 rotis+dal/1 medium


cup boiled vegetables
