THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon the parties’ Joint Stipulation for
Dismissal with Prejudice (the “Stipulation”) and the Court, having reviewed the Stipulation
and having been advised that the parties to this action agree to the dismissal of the above-
styled action pursuant to Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.250, this Court hereby finds that the stipulated
relief should be granted. Accordingly, it is hereby
