    ORDER GRANTING JOINT STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL WITH


    PREJUDICE OF DEFENDANT, VENICE HMA, LLC d/b/a VENICE REGIONAL
    MEDICAL CENTER – BAYFRONT HEALTH

    THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon the parties’ Joint Stipulation for
    Dismissal with Prejudice (the “Stipulation”) and the Court, having reviewed the Stipulation
    and having been advised that the parties to this action agree to the dismissal of the above-
    styled action pursuant to Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.250, this Court hereby finds that the stipulated
    relief should be granted. Accordingly, it is hereby

    ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

    1. All claims of DEBRA BEACH, as Personal Representative of the Estate of


    DAVID BEACH, and individually as surviving spouse, against Defendant, VENICE HMA,
    LLC d/b/a VENICE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER – BAYFRONT HEALTH, are
    dismissed with prejudice.

    2. Each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs.

    DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, Sarasota County, Florida.
