 SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS
1.All designated primary and alternate drivers must upgrade their
respective non-professional drivers license into professional drivers

2. Vehicles which were unserviceable status must be technically

inspected by a certified mechanic and provide quotation of defective parts
to R4 Office.

3. All vehicular accidents involving PNP issued mobility assets must be

spot reported to R4 prior submission to DL.
COMMUNICATION
 FINDINGS RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Cities and Municipal PS have entered  PHQ Supply PNCO need refresher radio
incorrect radio serial number orientation on how the determine/identity the
correct radio serial numbers

2. All radio found at supply stock room  Majority of the handheld were not issued to PNP
personnel and found in the PNP stockroom.

3. Mobile radios were unserviceable.  Contact at RCEU7 Technician to fix the said radio
or turn-in at PHQ Supply.

4. Unclean Hytera Handheld Radio  Respective end-user must observe the proper
care and maintenance of hand-held radio.
