    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

    TENNOKOTE 1000 WA is a special coating for sport court, the only Indonesian products are internationally
    certified*,suitable for exterior and interior, and good adhesion for concrete, asphalt as well as paving block.
    TENNOKOTE 1000 WA is an environmental friendly water based coating. This quality provides excellent
    adhesion, abrasive resistance, weather resistance, fungus resistance, non slip, easy to apply and fast drying.

    TEST PERFORMANCE DATA

    Adhesion (ASTM D4541) : > 1.5 N/mm² (concrete failure)
    Scrub resistance (ASTM D2486) : > 10000 cycles

    INSTRUCTION FOR USE


    Surface Preparation
    Surface must be clean, dry, sound and free from all contaminants. Ensure that new bituminous screeds and
    concrete substrate have cured for a minimum of 1 month. Make sure moisture content of concrete ≤ 16 %
    measured using Protimeter appliance and concrete alkalinity (pH) 7 – 8 measured using Universal pH indicator.
    Remove all loosen material or paint residue through brushing and scraping using fibre brush. Treat any areas
    affected by biological organism like algae, moss or lichen with PROPAN FUNGICIDAL WASH. Repair defect
    with suitable materials.

    Application Procedure
    Provide adequate ventillation during application and drying. Apply TENNOKOTE 1000 WA as soon as the
    packaging is opened. Protect areas from traffic, rain, dust or other organism which may wreck the coating.
    Do not apply TENNOKOTE 1000 WA when the heat of the sun is very intensity. It is recommended to protect the
    surface from direct sunlight, rain and water splashes until the paint film is completely cured.
    Sand can be added and mix into the paint to make the film of paint is rough.

    RECOMMENDED COATING SYSTEM


    Preceding coats : TENNOKOTE 1020 WA SEALER (for asphalt surface) : 1 X Coat
    Subsequent coats : TENNOKOTE 1000 WA : 2 – 3 X Coats

    CLEANING
    All tools and equipment should be removed with soap water, rinse again with clean water immediately after
    use. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.

    SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
    TENNOKOTE 1000 WA is non toxic and non flammable and does not contain heavy metals in its materials
    such as lead. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not inhaled. Wear suitable protective equipment such as
    googles, dust mask and gloves. For more information refer to material safety data sheet.

    First Aid
    Skin contact : Rinse under plenty of water immediately. Seek medical advice if irritation persists.
    Eye contact : Wash off under plenty of water immediately. Seek medical advice if irritation
    persists
    Inhalation : Take the person out to get more fresh air, loosen collar and avoid exertion. Keep
    him rested and help using breathing apparatus.
