    URGENT MOTION TO RESET HEARING

    Undersigned counsel for the Accused, respectfully states that:

    1. This case is set for hearing today, July 27, 2023 at 10:00
    o’clock in the morning;

    2. However, it is with much regret that the undersigned counsel


    would not be able to appear today for the reason that he is
    feeling so well today due to headache, cold and body pains he
    is experiencing, suspected as flu which actually started to set
    in yesterday;

    3. On this regard, he asks that the hearing of this case be reset to


    August 31, 2023 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning or at a date
    most convenient to this Honorable Court.

    4. This urgent motion is not intended to delay the proceedings


    and the undersigned counsel is willing to pay fine for the
    postponement, when required by the Court.
