    1. Attend meetings/conference called by the principal;


    2. Coordinate/plan with the principal as to what activities to undertake;
    3. Lead in finding solutions to problems encountered by your co-workers in the
    school;
    4. Consolidate test results and other reports required by the school principal and
    submit on or before due time;
    5. Lead in planning and act as facilitator during INSET;
    6. Act as facilitator in any school activities when the need arises;
    7. Fuse pupils of absent teachers automatically without being told.
