I. Scope of application and performance characteristics
1. Scope of application
SSHJ biaxial pulp leaf efficient mixer is widely used in feed, food, chemical, pharmaceutical,
pesticide, and other industries of powder, granular, flake, block, and thick material mixing, and can
carry out a variety of materials drying and cooling operations.
2, performance characteristics
SSHJ biaxial blade high-efficiency mixer is a kind of low-speed, high efficiency, energy-saving
ideal mixing equipment, with high mixing uniformity, mixing without dead Angle, and a short mixing
cycle, each batch of materials generally in 30 ~ 120 seconds can be mixed evenly; The discharging
adopts the full- length door structure at the bottom, the discharging is rapid and the residual rate is low;
Reliable discharge seal, no leakage phenomenon, large variable loading range, the machine is equipped
with grease adding pipe, can add a variety of liquids; The machine is compact in structure, beautiful in

2. Working principle
This machine is composed of two rotors rotating in opposite directions. The rotor is
welded with several special Angle blades, which drive the material to rotate counterclockwise
along the inner wall of the groove on the one hand. On the one hand, it drives the material to
flip around, forming a weightless area at the intersection and overlap of the two rotors. In this
area, no matter how the shape, size, and density of the material can make the material float in
a state of instantaneous weightlessness, which makes the material in the groove form a full
range of continuous circulation and flip, interleaved shear, to achieve the effect of fast, soft
and uniform mixing. (See Figure 2 and Figure 3)

IV. Structure
This machine is a horizontal mixer, mainly composed of a rotor and drive body, a discharge
door and sealing device, a discharge control, and liquid adding system.
1. Rotor and its transmission
The rotor is composed of a blade, shaft, and support rod. Motor through the reducer, the
chain drives the rotor to run at a certain speed, at a certain Angle installed on the twin shaft of the
bladewill be material thrown into the container of the whole space, the material in the state of
instant weightlessness widely staggered to form a flow layer mixing, at the same time, the
material is also driven by the blade; Along the axial radial movement, to form a full range of
composite circulation.
2. Body
The body is W-shaped. There is a return air duct at both ends of the body, and the body
is communicated through the return air duct. When the material is in and out, the air discharged
by the material can be circulated in this space, and it will not overflow outside the machine.
3. Discharge door and sealing device
The discharge door is composed of the door body, bracket arm, and adjusting nut. Sealing
parts are arranged around the discharging door frame at the lower part of the housing. When the
door is closed, the side of the discharging door body is close to the rubber sealing strip on the
sealing part so that the material in the machine will not leak out. The sealing strip can be replaced
after damage or aging. If necessary, adjust the position of the adjusting nut, you can change the
distance between the bracket arm and the door body, and the feeding door and the circular face at
the bottom of the housing are flat so that it is sealed. (See Figure 4)
4. Discharge control
The discharge control mechanism is composed of a cylinder, connecting rod, linkage shaft,
travel switch, and so on. The discharge door is mounted on the linkage shaft, which is connected
with the driven rocker of the connecting rod mechanism, and the cylinder head is hinged with
the active rocker. The cylinder reciprocates, and the linkage shaft rotates through the connecting
rod mechanism, to drive the discharge door to open or close. (See Figure 5)
5. Liquid addition pipe
The liquid-adding pipe is installed on the top of the body and consists of pipes, nozzles,
etc., through which the liquid is fan-shaped ejection; The whole length of the casing is evenly
distributed with several nozzles.

The inlet end of the pipeline is provided with a flange, and connected to the oil supply
system.
6. Electric control principle.(Figure 6, Figure 7)

V.Preparation before installation, adjustment

1. Comprehensive inspection should be carried out before the installation of equipment.
2. The machine is a big door discharging, and the discharging connection port is the flange
of the casing. The body should be installed below the volume of the hopper.
3. Install the transmission chain, adjust the position of the tensioning sprocket, make the
chain drive smooth, and make its spindle steering and the direction indicated by the arrow on the
mixing machine housing, and then install the sprocket cover. (See Figure 8)
4. Install the liquid addition system.
5, before use, should check the opening and closing of the discharge door, adjust the
cylinder pressure and stroke switch position, the discharge door can be closed and the bottom of
the housing flat, open can reach a certain Angle, and make the cylinder run smoothly and at a

suitable speed.

VI. Operation, and precautions


1, before use, should be advanced empty car operation, the body should be stable, cross
overlap without friction, no more than normal vibration, and should observe whether the
discharge mechanism works normally.
2. When used, the deceleration motor should be started first, and the feed should be fed after
the rotor rotates normally.
3, additives should be added in the machine after the main material is into half of the batch,
grease should be in the main material into the machine after all injections after spraying should
be mixed for a while before discharge.
4. When the machine is not in use, the oil-adding pipe shall not keep the oil, so as not to
block the pipe after the oilsolidifies.

5, the material shall not be mixed with metal impurities, so as not to damage the rotor blade.
6. The use of decelerating motor and cylinder, auxiliary components, etc., should conform
to the provisions of its operation manual.

VII. Maintenance
1, the discharge mechanism should keep the movement flexible, and should often remove
the dust.
2, the bearing should be regularly replaced with lubricating oil.The grease should be sodium-
based grease (GB492-65) Zn-3.
3. The transmission chain should be brushed with an appropriate amount of No. 30
mechanical oil and the chain should be cleaned regularly.
4. Lubricating grease (LD-2H) is recommended for decelerating motor lubrication.
5. The deceleration motor is lubricated once every 8 months.
6. In any case, the equipment should be repaired in the state of complete shutdown.
When the equipment is running, any part of the body shall not enter the body or contact the
moving parts.

VIII. Fault and removal


1. In case of a sudden stop during use, the motor should be started after opening the
discharge door and discharging the material.
2. If there is material leakage in the discharge door, the contact between the discharge
door and the sealing parts of the housing should be checked. If the discharge door is not closed
strictly or the sealing strip is aging, the adjustment nut on the travel switch or bracket arm
should be adjusted or the sealing strip should be replaced.
3, the discharge mechanism, if it can not operate normally, should check the cylinder
and the air supply system has no fault.

X. Pneumatic control
1、Working principle (see Figure 9)

1.1 The compressed air generated by the air compressor with a rated working pressure of 0.7
~ 0.8MPa is selected as the power source to ensure the working pressure of the cylinder at

0.63MPa.
1.2 Connect the air source pipeline, check whether all pipelines are connected reliably,
and inject the appropriate amount of lubricating oil into the oil mist 7 according to the regulations.
1.3 Before ventilation, turn the handwheel 10 on the pressure-reducing valve
counterclockwise to make the valve setting spring to unload, then open the air source to turn
the handwheel clockwise, and the pressure gradually increases until the pressure indicated by
the pressure gauge is the required working pressure. At this time, brake knob 11 is used to lock
the handwheel and make the system work under working pressure.
1.4 No load, under the specified working pressure through the manual switch 4, press the
two-position five-way solenoid directional valve by hand and make cylinder 1 action, to check
whether the cylinder and the air supply system a r e normal.
When the load is working, the flow is adjusted by adjusting the opening of the one-way
throttle valve through knob 5 first, so that the cylinder piston can speed up in a wide speed
range.
1.6 When the normal load is working, the solenoid valve is energized, so that the two-
position five-way solenoid directional valve accepts an electrical signal or gas signal to change
the direction of the flow of compressed air, to promote the cylinder action, to realize the
automatic control of the pneumatic transmission.
1.7 Periodically check the oil level and water level in oil mist 7 and water filter 8. When
the oil level is near the lowest oil level, oil should be replenished in time. The type of oil
should be selected according to the viscosity range of 2.5 ~ 7°E.
2. Maintenance:
2.1 Dust accumulation in the discharge control mechanism should be removed regularly.
2.2 The filter element, water storage cup, and oil cup should be cleaned regularly.
2.3 If disassembly is necessary, all the removed parts should be carefully handled to
prevent damage.

4. Precautions for regular disassembly inspection and re-installation.


4.1 When cleaning metal parts with mineral oil, rubber parts with soap, an oil cup water
cup should be put into the petroleum solution rinsed, do not clean in acetone, ethyl acetate,
toluene, and other solutions.
4.2 All the dismantled parts should be handled with care to prevent damage and hair.

XI.Other
1. The SSHJ series mixer sometimes adds the injection system according to the user's needs.
1.1 Working principle: After discharge, the mixer uses compressed air to blow the wallboard,
pulp blade, and machine groove, so that the residual material in the body is reduced

(see Figure 10).

1.2 Power selection: The air compressor with a working pressure of 0.7-0.8MPa is selected as

the power source to ensure the injection capacity.
2. SSHJ series mixers sometimes switch to an electric door opening system according to
user needs.
2.1 Working principle: After the motor decelerates through a pair of gears, it drives a pair of
lead screw nuts to change the rotation motion of the motor into a straight-line motion. The
positive and negative rotation of the motor is used to complete the push and pull operation,

to rotate the door opening shaft through the rocker to achieve the purpose of opening and
closing the door (see Figure 11).

2.2 Precautions for electric push rod installation
The push rod shell is provided with a mounting shaft, which can be prepared to install the
support hanger in the appropriate position. The end shaft connecting sleeve is connected with the
pushed member. The bracket and the connecting sleeve are optional for the pushing rod
accessories.
(1) The safety switch installed on the push rod must be connected in series to the motor
power line, see the attached figure.
(2) According to the actual situation, the user must install the travel switch to control the
work of the push rod. The safety protection switch in the machine shall not be used as the
travel switch.
2.3 Electric push rod maintenance and overhaul
(1) Working environment temperature between -10℃ ~ 60℃, relative humidity below 85%
can operate normally.

(2) The protective sleeve installed at the front end of the push rod is designed to
prevent dust intrusion into the machine, so do not remove it when used.
(3) After running for a while (about one year), it should be checked and repaired, and the
ball bearing grease (SY1514-65) in the machine can be replaced with 70% full degree.
