Nothing removes floor coatings like ultra-high

pressure water jetting. It’s faster and more

thorough than cutting or grinding, and leaves
the surface ready to recoat.
Innovative systems from NLB Corp. feature
rotating water jets (up to 40,000 psi) that get
under virtually any coating. They easily remove
thick or thin films, at rates of 300 to 2,000 square
feet per hour. Water jetting is not only more
productive than shotblasting, grinding or
scarifying, but it leaves a better anchor pattern for
recoating.
Water jetting also eliminates invisible contami-
nants and simplifies clean-up. The process is Manually-directed Vortex™
completely dust-free, and NLB systems feature
vacuum recovery… leaving floors dry and clean.
Simply connect one of NLB’s powerful, reliable
accessories to an ULTRA-CLEAN® pump unit and a
vacuum truck, and you’re in business.
A lightweight Vortex™ will handle most jobs.
Directed by an operator, much like a lawn mower,
its rotating water jets take off coatings as it rolls
along. For bigger projects, the jets are mounted
to a compact vehicle called a StripeJet™, that
maneuvers like a golf cart.
Both systems feature NLB’s patented SPIN JET®
technology, proven in hundreds of product removal
and surface preparation applications over the past
30 years. NLB also manufactures a wide range of
manual lances for touch-ups and close work.

preparation solutions.
