1. What you know about the AI, power B I , machine learning, and big data
analysis

Ans: AI Insights is accessed in the Power Query Editor, and its associated
features and functions are accessed through the Home and Add Column tabs in Power
Query Editor.
In Power BI, you can use AI Insights to gain access to a collection of pre-trained
machine learning models that enhance your data preparation efforts.

I think Machine learning and big data are the blue chips of the current IT
Industry. The big data stores analyze and extract information out of bulk data
sets. On the other hand, Machine learning is the ability to automatically learn and
improve from experience without being explicitly programmed.

2. How supply chain contribute in enhancing trade margin, elaborate the statement
in real scenario where you worked/ are working.

Ans. There are lots of creative ways to improve trade margin without squeezing the
Retails or touching the product. Here are a few of my favorites:
 Avoid markdowns by improving inventory visibility.
 Elevate your brand and increase the perceived value of your merchandise.
 Streamline your operations and reduce operating expenses.
 Increase your average order value.
 Implement savvier purchasing practices
 Increase your prices
A common misperception is to mistakenly assume that the ONLY way to improve Trade
margin is to ‘squeeze the Retails’ but there are many other places in the supply
chain to look, without touching the product or beating up our partners. In my
experience, thinking about this topic more broadly yields better results.
So with that, let me be your guide on the trek for higher Trade margin. Tracking
down savings -- like any journey -- is easier with a roadmap. And like excellence
in any endeavor, the hunt for gross margin usually requires a total team effort.

so that we can deliver such products to our valued customers through our retail
stores. I will develop 4 types of strategies

Q5 answer
we should maintain for the Meenabazar The objective of supply network or SCM is to
maximize the overall value. Value is correlated to supply chain profitability.
Here, profitability is the difference between the total revenue generated from the
customer and the overall supply chain costs.

Strategies and designing of the supply chain include:

Deciding on the supply chain structure and the activities each stage of the supply
chain will perform
Selecting a location and capacities of facility
Deciding on the products that are to be made and the location where they need to be
stored
Choosing the modes of transportation and the source from where the information is
to be collected
Supply chain design decisions are long term projects and are expensive to reverse;
so the manager must take into account the market uncertainty.

6: How SCM can create culture in any high performing organization.

Answer. Core values within a supply chain creates a high performance culture. A key
to establishing a high performance culture that is aligned to your core values is
ensuring that the message is heard throughout the supply chain. The value of a
strong high performance culture can been proven with many metrics; such as
increased productivity and improved employee morale.
While it ultimately depends upon the size and organizational structure of your
company, finding the right strategy to communicate these values throughout your
supply chain company can make all the difference.
Here are a few ways your company can begin to create a high performance culture and
implement these core values:

Model core values from the top down

Include as part of the hiring process
Offer company-wide training
Display values prominently around the workplace
Measure engagement and alignment to Core Values

There are also many other creative ways to communicate your core values throughout
the company — such as creating videos, going away on retreats, or designing
incentive-based competitions that reward employees who best embody and demonstrate
your core values. But in the end, it all comes down to aligning your people to your
company’s values, proactively measuring that level of alignment, and ensuring
leadership across the organization reinforces the behavior through communications.

7. SCM is cost center or value adding department? what is your comment.

Answer: The Supply Chain function within your company has many responsibilities.
From planning to negotiating to buying, from moving goods to processing goods, and
from managing data to managing inventory. These responsibilities are at the core
of making your company run. But is Supply Chain a Cost Centre and adding
department value.
Yet often the Supply Chain is undervalued While every function must help your
company grow and prosper when the heat is on uninformed Executives can view Supply
Chain as merely a Cost Centre. As such there can be unrelenting pressure to
continue to cut costs. And increase the value of Supply Chain in the eyes of your
Executives and other functions?
Pressures for Cost Reduction in Supply Chain
Promoting Supply Chain Value
Here are some areas where Supply Chain delivers real and indispensable value to the
company:
Cash Cycle Management
Delivery
End to End Supply Chain Visibility and the Internet of Things (IoT)
Cost and Profit Management
Competitive Capabilities and Greater Customer Propositions
Brand Promotion and Protection
Cost Centre or adding Value Creator in Conclusion

Supply Chain is no longer just the organization that buys parts and arranges for
deliveries. Supply Chain is more than just a Cost Centre.
Supply Chain is central to the present and future of your company and its success.
Those companies that recognize this will be better for it. Those that do not
recognize this will become the prey of their competitors!
This is my opinion, yes! Supply Chain Value viewed in your Company. it is respected
already and it is very important for the organization
And in the supply chain I want to see other areas that will deliver value, Supply
Chain Value is a tremendous area that I am proud to be associated with!
08: Innovation is inevitable in SCM - Do you agree or disagree express your idea.

Ans: Innovation happens when a unique and diverse set of skills and technologies
are integrated, and their synergy is used to solve problems effectively. When it
comes to supply chain innovation, we generally mean improvements in the way that
supply chains operate, and more specifically, in the way that products,
information, work, and funds flow (and are temporarily stored) throughout supply
chains.
Process for Innovation-
First, Organizations looking to develop supply chain innovations lay the groundwork
for managers to see changes in the marketplace and business environment. When
looking for customer-valued opportunities, these managers obtain the resources and
training to capture and analyze customer and market data. They, in essence, set the
stage for innovation opportunities to be seen.
Technologies that can be used to fuel innovation in supply chain-
Data Analytics
IoT & AI
Radio Frequency Identification
Geolocation
Robotic Process Automation
Blockchain
3D Printing
Social Media
Etc.
