    DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE made and entered into by and between Louie lyndon G.
    Dela Cruz of legal age, with residence and postal address at VENDOR, and Jolan A. Flores likewise of
    legal age, with residence and postal address at Lot 06 Blk 04 NCO District Sunrise Village Padada
    Davao del Sur, hereinafter called the VENDEE.

    WITNESETH:
    That for and consideration of the sum of Pesos One Hundred Ten Pesos Only (P 110,000.00),
    Philippine currency, receipt of which sum from the VENDEE is hereby acknowledged, the VENDOR
    hereby SOLD, TRANSFERRED, AND CONVEYED, and by these presents does hereby SELL,
    TRANSFER, AND CONVEY unto the said VENDEE, his / her heirs, successors and assigns, that
    certain motor vehicle on an “AS IS WHERE IS” condition which is more particularly described as
    follows:

    MOTOR No : K6A-9065321 PLATE No. : MAT3484
    of which the VENDOR is the absolute and registered owner.

    That the VENDOR hereby covenants that the described property is free from all liens and
    encumbrances and that he will defend the same from all claims of whatever nature or kind.
