The council passed Resolution No. 05 approving the Barangay Peace and Order and Public Safety Plan for 2020-2022. The barangay secretary certified the correctness of the resolution, which was also attested by the barangay captain.

    RESOLUTION NO. 05
    Series of 2020

    APPROVING THE BARANGAY PEACE AND ORDER AND PUBLIC SAFETY PLAN CY 2020-2022 OF
    BARANGAY CAGANGOHAN, PANABO CITY, DAVAO DEL NORTE

    WHEREAS, Executive Order No. 773, s. 2009, calls for the reorganization of the peace
    and Order Councils in every barangay, province, city and municipality.”;

    WHEREAS, the DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2015-128 was issued on November 2,
    2011 to provide guidelines in the formulation of Peace and Order and Public Safety Plan;
    .
    WHEREAS, the Peace and Order Council of the Barangay Cagangohan has formulated
    the BPOPS Plan for CY 2020-2022 in accordance with the DILG Memorandum guidelines ;

    NOW THEREFORE, on the motion of Hon. Rogelio B. Padios and was unanimously
    seconded by all the members present, be it:
    RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, to pass a resolution approving the Barangay Peace
    and Order and Public Safety Plan CY 2020-2022 of barangay Cagangohan, Panabo City, Davao
    del Norte

    Approved by all the present members as well as the representatives of the council, on
    the 3RD day of March 2020.

    CARRIED and APPROVED.
