This employment contract ("Contract") is made and entered into on this ………………………………………..

day of ................, 2023, by and between super scrap solution (the "Employer"), and
………………………………………….(the "Employee").

Term of Employment.

1. The Employee shall commence employment on and shall continue in such


employment until terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Contract.

2. Position and Duties. The Employee shall serve as an Admin Assistant and shall perform such
dutiesas may be assigned by the Employer from time to time.

3. Compensation. The Employee shall be compensated at a rate of 6000 per month, payable in
accordance with the Employer's regular payroll schedule. The first two months of employment shall
be considered a trial basis period, during which time the Employee's performance will be evaluated.
There will be incentives based on performance and salary will increase based on performance.

4. Hours of Work. The Employee's normal work hours shall be from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and one
weekly off, 30 min break for lunch.

5. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that during the course
of employment, he/she may have access to confidential information and trade secrets of the
Employer. The Employee agrees to keep such information confidential and not to disclose such
information to any third party.

6. Entire Agreement. This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and
supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, negotiations,
representations, and warranties, whether oral or written.

7. Employment can be terminate if any one of the terms not followed by the employee’s course of
action.
