In our previous lesson, we discussed about flexibility.

This hinders the person to be physically active, hence,
referred to as barriers.
Personal Barriers
With the current trends in technology and development,
people’s lives have become convenient and easier as well as less
active. They may also have reasons or own justifications of their
inactivity that forms their attitude towards physical
movement, letting them live a sedentary life.

9. I am embarrassed about how I will look when I
play sports with others.
10. I do not get enough sleep as it is. I just could
not get up early or stay up late to get some sports
activities.
11. It is easier for me to find excuses not to join in
sports than to go out to do something.
12. I know of too many people who have hurt
themselves by joining sports activities.
13. I cannot see myself learning a new sport or
activity.
14.It is just too expensive to join a sports club.
15. My free times during the day are too short to
