Response: In this scenario increasing the unique website visits by 2k each month is the
metric used and hence the goal is measurable.

resources?
Response: The marketing manager has the knowledge, time, resources. So Office Green will
promote the new service with a new marketing and sales strategy, they designed website with
a new Plant Pals landing page, and a print catalogue.

rating has stayed between 85%-90% for the last five years. Hence the goal is measurable
keeping last five years data as a benchmark.
