    CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF THE RESOLUTION PASSED AT THE MEETING OF THE

    BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF DS CATINGUB BROS. CORP. HELD ON MARCH 21, 2023 AT THE
    REGISTERED OFFICE OF THE COMPANY AT PUROK 4 BRGY. BANTIGUE, ORMOC CITY,
    LEYTE.

    RESOLVED THAT, the Corporation has decided to authorize, WELBERT C. BAUYABAN, (Accounting
    Officer), in addition to the existing authorized signatories and be and is hereby authorized to sign/execute and submit all
    the necessary papers, letters, documents, writings, submissions etc. to be submitted by the Corporation in connection with
    the Application of Tax Clearance Certificate of DS CATINGUB BROS. CORP. with TIN 477-751-176-000 at the
    Bureau of Internal Revenue – Revenue Region No. 14- Eastern Visayas Region, and to do such any other act or thing that
    may be required necessary or incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the purposes for which this authority is
    hereby given.

    SPECIMEN SIGNATURE OF THE AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY


    The following party/ies and any one of them (except as may be specifically provided herein) have all the right,
    authority, and authorization to enter into and execute the Application of Tax Clearance Certificate of DS CATINGUB
    BROS. CORP. at the Bureau of Internal Revenue – Revenue Region No. 14- Eastern Visayas Region, and to do and
    perform all other acts necessary for which this authority is given.

    NAME SIGNATURE
    Welbert C. Bauyaban

    RESOLVED THAT, the acts done and documents shall be binding on the Corporation, until the same is
    withdrawn by giving written notice thereof.

    FURTHER RESOLVED, that the BIR shall be furnished a copy of this resolution and such other parties as may
    be required in connection with the aforementioned matter.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have executed this Resolution Granting Authority on December 15, 2022 at
    Ormoc City, Leyte.
